Are all your pieces handmade?

Yes. Each piece is handcrafted in my studio in Armenia. I use traditional silver-working techniques and shape every element by hand, so no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Do you use real natural stones?

Almost all stones are natural. Besides natural stones I also use lab grown corundum and it is mentioned in the descriptions of that works. Shades and patterns may vary slightly from piece to piece. Before you complete your order, I can send photos of the exact stones available so you can choose the one you love

Why are some items marked “made to order”?

Some designs require time for careful hand-shaping, stone selection, and finishing

 How long does it take to make a made-to-order piece?

Production time is usually 3–10 days, depending on the design. If you need it faster, message me - I will do my best to meet your timeline.

Should I contact you before placing an order?

Yes, please. Because many items are made to order and natural stones differ, it’s best to message me before purchasing. I will: • confirm production + delivery time • show you photos of the exact stones or ready piece • answer any questions you might have This ensures the piece you receive is exactly what you expect. 

What materials do you use?

I primarily work with sterling silver (925) and natural gemstones. Some designs may include patina, oxidation, or hand-textured surfaces. 

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes - in some cases I can adjust sizing or stone choice.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, I ship internationally from Armenia. Delivery times vary by destination. I will always check delivery estimates with you before you place your order.

Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?

For one-of-a-kind items - yes, you receive the exact piece. For made-to-order designs, I will show you photos of the finished piece before shipping, so you can approve it.

How should I care for my silver jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally darkens over time. To keep it bright: • store it in a dry place • clean it gently with a silver cloth • avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals If your piece has intentional oxidation, clean only the raised areas. 

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because each piece is handmade and often made to order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what we agreed on. If any issue happens, message me - I always find a fair solution

Can I see more photos or videos before buying?

Absolutely. I’m happy to show you close-ups, different angles, videos in natural light, or photos of the stones available. Just message me.
